Majan is a mixed use development which is primarily located in Dubai Land that covers around 15.6 million square feet. It is considered to be a downtown of Dubai Land if once totally completed. It will comprise of 32 percent for residential apartments, 44 percent for retail and entertainment, and 24 percent for commercial units.
There will be also a total of 150 buildings within the area.
