The site is prominently located to canal frontage on two boundaries with its southern boundary overlooking the Waterfront Central Business District (CBD), and its eastern boundary looking onto Precinct C with views to the sea.
Define Vision II in particular can be considered as the most desirable building in the complex. It is a 21 storey, fully residential tower which will have unobstructed water views from every single unit within the building.
